The resort agrees to provide the accommodation as booked and agrees not to sell those room nights to anyone else for the duration of the booking.
The customer agrees to pay for the room nights booked. This is not dependent on the weather or a change of plans.
Your deposit payment confirms your acceptance of the booking terms and conditions.
The balance is payable when you check in either in Thai baht or by VISA or Mastercard (surcharge 3%).
There are ATM’s within 100 metres of our resort.
A deposit of 30% is needed to confirm a booking.
Check-out time is 12 midday. Check-in time is 13:30 after the room has been cleaned.
If the room is vacant from the night before, you can check in early. At busy times, this may not be possible.
- If cancelled 30 days or more days before date of arrival: full refund
- If cancelled after 30 days before date of arrival: 30% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- If cancelled 24 hours or less before check-in or in case of no-show: 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
